Please note we have had a change of email address for the committee. The address shown on the latest newsletter is now incorrect and you need to update your contact record to ottershawplayerscommittee@googlegroups.com. We are losing Clare, Chris and Peter from the committee at the AGM this year. Any one interested in joining the committee as Treasurer, Business Manager or Box Office should contact Chris for more information. If anyone is interested in taking over as Membership Secretary, or administering this website, you should contact Pete to find out what is involved.

This year the AGM will be held on 21st September 2009 at the Hut. You will receive official notification and your nomination forms for new members of the committee and for the Players Cup soon.

In another change, Danny will be standing down as Chairman come September. This is due to her new role with NODA as the rep for the
Dorking area. We are all very grateful for the years of work Danny has done as Chairman and wish her luck in her new role.

As of this year’s AGM, Lynne Walters has decided to step down from the committee. She has been a stalwart member of the organisation and has put in many years good work, especially as Treasurer until very recently. With no formal AGM the committee has decided to accept all 3 nominations for new committee members. We therefore welcome Nicky Breslin, Clare Groome and Matthew Horton and look forward to their contributions to running the group.
