Jane was my tutor and mentor whilst I studied A-Level Drama at Godalming College 1998-2000. I am deeply saddened to hear about Jane’s passing away. I was just thinking of her this evening as I was reminiscing about my time at Godalming College.
I really enjoyed studying under Jane, she was incredibly supportive and she kept our class in line. I will never forget her.
I have just started studying directing at City Lit in London, I hope I can go on to make Jane proud.

Thank you for your interest in our Christmas Production. Please come along to the play read through on Sept 13th (7.30pm at The Castle Pub, Ottershaw). You can meet the director and other members and join in the read through. Audition information will be given either on that night or shortly after. They will also be posted on this website as soon as they are available for those not able to attend the read through.

I have just read your comments about the wonderful Jane Walters. I was one of her many yvonne Arnaud youth group ‘Act One’rs’ in the mid to late 80’s and it was through her incredible warmth and passion that I went on to make a proffession out of acting. I was to gutted to hear of her death, the last time I saw Jane was when I was starring in Telstar which came to the Yvonne Arnaud and we met after the show. It was maybe the proudest moment of my career to see her and the years that had passed fell away- I was so happy to be with the woman who saved me so many years ago. She will remain in my heart the strongest of inspirations and a lesson in letting those so fundamental in ones character to slip through your fingers. Gareth Corke

HI. Louise here, Frankie’s mum (we came to the 1st audition). Not sure when you will be phoning round to say if those auditioning have been succesful – but we are away at the moment and she is worried that she might miss out if we don’t get your call. No don’t worry, you only have to go to one of the days. Just make sure you read and audition all that you want to. If you want a bit more information on the characters you could go for before you go, please email Jenny or Paul (emails are on the website front page).

oh thankyou the previous ones have been fun so i really would like to audition what age are you thinking for the little girl out of the three cuz im 13 but smaller for my age would i be able to audition for her but im glad there are other roles too thanks for replying
